I would like to separate my anxiety from motivation, my anxiety tends to effect my concentration for everyday tasks, especially when doing my animations.

Spend less time on social media, and my phone.

Do my best to get more fresh air, i.e. taking frequent walks when I have the time to do so

Utilise more materials to help excel and improve my animation skills.

Do more life drawings to help understand human anatomy and mechanics.

Revisit and master some of the basic animation exercises, so that it becomes nothing more than muscle memory when attempting the movements in my own projects.

Stepping out of my comfort and take on more challenge.

Re-do and update my current showreel.

Seek more industry feedback through different animation related events
